Hunter Introduces New Line of
Enhanced Rim Clamp Tire Changers
Hunter’s new TCX500 Series of rim clamp tire changers combine traditional design features with advanced capabilities to provide superior service with simple operation.
The new TCX500 line still features a conventional swing-arm mounting apparatus and a tabletop clamping system familiar to most technicians, but now adds a powerful 110V/220V motor with increased torque over previous models and the fastest speed in its class.
Other improvements include a larger, stronger side shovel and a machined tabletop surface for easy maintenance.
The new TCX500 Series includes:
- TCX505 – Features improved power and speed, 11- to 22-inch clamping range and steel mount head with polymer inserts.
- TCX515 – Features improved power and speed, 6- to 26-inch clamping range and an enhanced Bead Press Arm to ease clamping, demounting and mounting of difficult wheel assemblies. The TCX515 also includes both steel and polymer mount heads.
- TCX535 – Features improved power and speed, 6- to 26-inch clamping range and a multifunctional Bead Press System to provide effortless assistance to clamping, lubricating, demounting and mounting the toughest combinations. The TCX535 also includes both steel and polymer mount heads.
