Chris Patel describes Australia’s Bump Shop as a panel shop that specializes in collision damage. Upgrading to a Hawkeye Elite® alignment system paid dividends in multiple way, he says.

“The Hawkeye Elite® has improved our efficiency, because it’s a lot easier to use and we can do a lot more of the modern cars we get nowadays.”

Chris values the speedier setup time over previous equipment, allowing the shop to avoid downtime while the machine recalibrated. “Once we upgraded, there were a lot more advantages than any other machine out there, and financially it was a better investment,” he says.

Handling newer vehicles was a key point, Chris says. “A lot of the other machines can’t do them.”
