Having never used a center-clamp tire changer, Jason Tichacek of Kennedy Tire Arnold in Missouri freely admits he was nervous – “terrified,” actually -- when he purchased a Maverick® from Hunter Engineering.

The feeling didn’t last. “If you’re scared about using it, don’t be. Just jump in and do it. This is the future. It does everything we need it to do,” he said.

Kennedy Tire mounts and balances “a lot of 35s, which are heavy,” Jason says, “and they put a lot of wear and tear on us.” But with the Maverick’s responsiveness and ease of use, “At the end of the day, you feel the difference.”

So using is believing. “It’ll help us be more productive and profitable,” Jason says. “And it’ll bring in more business.”
